Service Description
We’re offering FREE evaluations for the month of October! Choose an appointment date within this month that works best for you. This appointment must be booked prior to beginning your monthly training sessions (This appointment is required for in-person training only. For virtual training, book a virtual evaluation). You’ll receive a full assessment of your Weight, Measurements, Body Fat Percentage, Body Mass Index, Visceral Fat and Strength. Once you begin your sessions, your fitness assessment is updated every 6 weeks for accountability and best results! * Please note, you can request for a strength assessment if you do not want your weight recorded. ** We aim to be more inclusive! Men are welcome to book this appointment if interested in our Men’s FIT Personal Training program. ** We offer discounted services exclusively for teachers and students.
Cancellation Policy
Please do not arrive before the time of you your appointment. We allow a 10 minute grace period for entry.
