Service Description
Get ready to transform your fitness journey with the Back To FIT Challenge 2024 at PYT Training. This 4-week women's training program includes group training sessions up to 5 times a week, both in-studio and virtually, personalized nutrition and meal plans, as well as access to massage services. It's time to prioritize your health and fitness and join us for this empowering challenge. Participants will receive access to 1 group training session per day, up to 5 sessions per week in studio and virtually. Group sessions are in an intimate setting of 2-10 people.
