Service Description

The “Back to Fit Challenge” at PYT Training Studio is a comprehensive four-week women’s strength training program designed to help participants regain their fitness and strength. This tailored program combines resistance training, cardiovascular exercises, and flexibility work to create a well-rounded fitness routine. Led by our owner and lead trainer, the challenge aims to empower women of all fitness levels to build muscle, increase endurance, and enhance overall well-being. Through a combination of guided workouts, nutritional guidance, and a supportive community, participants can expect to see positive transformations in their strength, fitness, and confidence over the course of the program. Receive access up to 5 group training sessions per week (1 session per day). Click on the Group Training Schedule tab for more info on sessions and training structure. ** Once confirmed, you will receive a link to reserve all sessions via email.
