EVALUATION

Initial Appointment

Ladies, your evaluation MUST be booked prior to beginning your sessions at our studio. This appointment will be a consultation with our owner India Roseborough to assess your weight, measurements, body fat percentage, body mass index and strength. 

$75 Booking Fee

Virtual Personal Training

We offer this service 2X per week (via Facetime or Google Duo) Mon-Fri, rate of $200 per month. Click below to schedule your virtual evaluation to discuss scheduling, goals and plan of action. The day of the virtual appointment, be prepared to confirm your 1st month of training (No Commitment/No Contract).

Virtual Group Training

Join our 5PM group training sessions Mon- Fri virtually from home. No evaluation needed. Book for this service now to receive 20 virtual group sessions per month (No Commitment/No Contract).

Per Month:

MCM PASS

Men, purchase your MCM Pass! Train with our ladies up to 3x per week for an affordable rate. This pass grants you up to 2 group training sessions on Mondays and access to PYT Bootcamp every Saturday at 10AM (No Commitment/No Contract).
