We are a women's personal training studio based out of Baltimore Maryland. Our overall mission is to help each client reach her maximum potential inside our studio and beyond. We specialize in strength & conditioning, weight loss, and corrective exercise. Services provided include Personal Training, Group Training, Bootcamp, and Meal Prep . Virtual training services are also available for those who prefer to sweat from home.

FITNESS SERVICES
PERSONAL TRAINING

1 Client /1 Trainer /1 Goal
1:1 clients receive personalized programs, fitness assessments every 6 weeks, nutrition accountability, manual stretching and access to our shower after session.
Each 1:1 training program is written based on the clients initial evaluation and long-term goals. This service is also offered Virtually (Book Virtual Evaluation).
If you have specific goals, this service is for you!
GROUP TRAINING

Motivation & Support
Group Training sessions will include a variety of equipment, intervals and drills to help accelerate your goals in a group setting of no more than 10 people.
This service is ideal for clients who prefer a small group setting. All clients are required to social distance for safety. This service is also offered virtually.
PYT BOOTCAMP
High Intensity Interval Training
Want to drop in for a session? We offer PYT Bootcamp every Saturday at 10Am! This 1 hour H.I.I.T service is open to Women & Men of all fitness levels. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we allow 10 visitors per week! This is the only day we welcome guest.
