Located in Baltimore MD, we're a women's personal training studio who pride ourselves on inclusivity. Join our studio for Personal Training, Group Training or drop-in for a coed Bootcamp. Virtual Training services are also available if you do not live in the area or rather sweat from home.
Making a Positive Impact
The goal is to help clients find the pleasurable side of fitness by giving them the professional and quality service they deserve. Each client is given the education, tools and accountability they need to be successful at reaching their fitness goals.
1 Client /1 Trainer /1 Goal
1:1 clients receive personalized programs, fitness assessments every 6 weeks, nutrition accountability, manual stretching and access to our shower after session.
Each 1:1 training program is written based on the clients initial evaluation and long-term goals. This service is also offered Virtually (Book Virtual Evaluation).

Motivation & Support
Group Training sessions will include a variety of equipment, intervals and drills to help accelerate your goals in a group setting of no more than 10 people.
This service is ideal for clients who prefer a small group setting. Virtual Training is included.
